That's the $64,000 question. On a macro level the first step is to close the southern border. That would be step one. After that, local districts would need to be less top heavy with useless district level admins, and more dollars going toward people who actually work with students. There is starting to be some pushback. Funny how the 'migrants' are in Mt. Vernon, and not Briarcliff Manor... People are starting to notice.
